In 2017, MEI secured exclusive Philippine distribution rights for a major brand portfolio from Safilo Group S.p.A., a top Italian and global eyewear company.

In 2020, MEI became the preferred partner of Thélios in the Philippines. Thélios, founded by the LVMH Group, stands as a global leader in luxury eyewear, known for its exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and refined design.

In 2024, MEI secured the distributorship of Kering Eyewear in the Philippines. As part of a global luxury group, Kering Eyewear is known for its creative vision, craftsmanship, and modern approach to high-end eyewear.
