1. All clients residing within Metro Manila can directly visit our Warranty Service Center located at:

2. For clients from the provinces and outlying areas, please send item(s) via courier at your cost (item should be properly packed to prevent damage or impairment while in transit with address as indicated above. For items within the warranty period, Meera Enterprises, Inc. will cover or absorb the reasonable courier fee upon sending back to client the repaired item. For eyewear beyond the warranty period, the charges (both ways) will be billed to the client.

3. Proper proof of purchase must accompany item(s) sent for warranty claims. No Proof of Purchase, no repair will be done. Please note that warranty duration is within one year from the date of purchase as reflected on the Official Receipt.

4. Complete contact detail (i.e. address and contact numbers) must be provided by the client for easy reference in case Meera Enterprises, Inc. needs to communicate prior to the repair.

5. For all non-warrantable items and within Metro Manila, shipping charge of P150 including cost of repair will be billed. For provinces, shipping charge of P180 including cost of repair will be billed. The client can pay and deposit their payments at:

Deposit slip must be sent via email or messaging apps. Upon receipt, client is advised and item(s) is sent back accordingly..

6. MEERA Enterprises Incorporated, renounces and disclaims any and all liabilities for any loss damage, or impairment sustained by the item for repair while it is in transit, or being sent to MEERA Enterprises Incorporated, or being returned to its owner via courier.
