⬩➤ At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/OIC in the retail industry
⬩➤ Knowledgeable in POS cashiering systems and store operations
⬩➤ Strong leadership and team management skills
⬩➤ Excellent communication and customer service skills
⬩➤ Ability to drive sales performance and ensure smooth store operations
⬩➤ At least High School/ SHS graduate
⬩➤ With at least 1 year of experience in sales and basic financial transactions
⬩➤ Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
⬩➤ At least High School/ SHS Graduate
⬩➤ With retail sales experience is preferred but not required
⬩➤ Strong customer service and communication skills
⬩➤ Knowledgeable in operating POS/Cash register and handling transactions is an advantage
⬩➤ Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
⬩➤ Friendly, approachable, and able to assist customers effectively
⬩➤ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
⬩➤ At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with experience managing multiple stores or branches.
⬩➤ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
⬩➤ Experience in leading, coaching, and developing retail sales teams.
⬩➤ Strong knowledge of retail operations, store performance, merchandising, and inventory management.
⬩➤ Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
⬩➤ Ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to drive store and area growth.
